Handprint Heart Craft
This heart handprint tree is so easy to make! We love that the hearts have a 3D effect and the whole tree is supported by a paper roll. If you love that this handprint tree stands up, see our fall handprint tree version too. Some alterations: You can make the hearts stand up like we have done or you can simple glue them down to the tree.
Handprint Heart with a Poem - Fun Handprint Art
You can also just make this beautiful handprint tree on paper! Fold over a piece of pink cardstock and draw half of a heart on the folded side. Cut out your heart. Cut out different sizes of small hearts from red glitter paper. Glue these to the heart part of your tree.
You can do this before or after gluing the whole handprint to the paper roll. Fold both of sheets of paper in half lengthwise. Set the light colored piece to the side to use as the card later. Step 2. Curve the thumb in just a bit to make a slightly rounded top of a heart. Spread the other fingers out a bit. Using the pencil trace the hand.

Leaving the paper folded, cut out the handprint. Leave the edge where the edge of the thumb and pointer finger touched intact.
When you unfold the paper it should look like the thumbs and pointer fingers are coming together to form a heart shape.
